Tips Kali ("we", "us") is an informational analytics service. A paid day pass or slip unlocks the output of our prediction models for selected football fixtures: outcome probabilities, expected goals, likely scorelines, and related context such as confirmed lineups. Our historical accuracy is published openly and every prediction is graded in public.

Tips Kali is not a bookmaker, betting intermediary, tipster service, or financial adviser, and is not licensed as a gambling operator in Kenya or anywhere else. Predictions are probabilistic estimates, not statements of fact and not a recommendation to place any bet. A 68% probability loses roughly one time in three. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results.

If you choose to gamble based on our predictions — with a licensed bookmaker or anyone else — that choice, every stake, and every loss is yours alone. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tips Kali accepts no liability whatsoever for gambling losses or other damages arising from decisions made using our content, including losses from irresponsible, excessive, or unaffordable betting.

Day passes and slips are priced in Kenyan Shillings and paid via M-Pesa. Because a purchase immediately and irreversibly reveals the model's output, payments are non-refundable once predictions are unlocked. Promo codes and referral credits are discretionary, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and have no cash value. Payment for a slip is for the information it contains — it is not a wager and cannot "win" or "lose" money.

You agree to provide accurate details, keep your password and OTP codes private, and not to share, resell, scrape, or republish unlocked predictions. Shared slip links show your picks to others only under the controls we provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to defraud the referral or promo systems, or breach these terms.

Fixtures, live scores, scorers, and lineups come from third-party data feeds that can be late, incomplete, or wrong; predictions may be re-priced when new information (such as confirmed lineups) arrives. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
